Paediatric Physiotherapy
Paediatric Physiotherapy in Gujrat
If your child finds sitting, standing, walking or joining in physical play difficult, an assessment can help clarify their movement needs. Paediatric physiotherapy supports physical development and participation while considering your child’s comfort, interests and individual abilities.

What it involves
We discuss your concerns, your child’s developmental and medical history, and the activities they find challenging. Assessment looks at relevant movement skills, strength, balance, coordination and joint mobility.
Sessions use age-appropriate play and purposeful activities to practise useful skills. Parents and caregivers receive guidance on suitable activities, positioning and ways to encourage movement within everyday routines. Goals are agreed with the family and reviewed as your child progresses.
Good to know
Children develop at different rates, and one delayed skill does not establish a diagnosis. Where needed, we recommend assessment by a paediatrician or another relevant professional. Losing a previously acquired skill should be discussed promptly with your child’s doctor.
Concerns we assess
- Delayed movement milestones, including sitting or walking.
- Difficulty with balance, coordination or frequent falls.
